1.      Background

            Language functions for expressing, ideas feelings, emotions, views, etc. in our daily life. Language is the universal medium through which human beings express things and make them easy in their daily routine. Language is the dress of the tongue due to which, we express our culture, custom, civilization, and experience in various ways. It helps to understand commitment and compromise between two human beings. It is an inevitable part of human life. There is a triangular relationship between teacher, students, and language in the classroom. If the teacher can manage the language class the learning turns to be meaningful. Quite specifically, the learning of English as a foreign language becomes student-friendly with the proper classroom management. Properly managed ELT class helps to motivate and fascinate the learners in the classroom.
